Benefits Mom Starter Coaching Package
Includes two 90-minute sessions with me one-on-one to discuss your 2-3 biggest challenges as a working mom.
At the end of the two sessions, you will have plan for how to attack those challenges and bring more balance to your life.
During our first session, we will discuss your 2-3 biggest challenges. You can be COMPLETELY honest with me and know that I will keep everything confidential. Tell me exactly why these are challenging and what you have done to address them. I will then give you simple steps you can start doing today to help ease these challenges. The goal is that during our next session, you will have a sense of what worked and what didn’t.
This is session is scheduled 2-3 weeks after the first session. The goal of this session is to discuss your progress. How have things been going? Do you feel these challenges less burdensome? Any challenges been eliminated? If there are areas that need work, we can discuss together how to best to tweak what you are already doing. The goal is to set you up for success for reaching true balance between work life and personal life.
At the end of the Benefits Starter program, I will first acknowledge you for taking the time and effort to work on your challenges and reach your ideal work-life balance. You will have the option to continue working with me one-on-one on either a per session or per month basis. You may want to continue coaching if you are still have issues with first challenges discussed. Or if you have additional or new challenges that you need my help sorting through. In either case, I am excited to continue your journey with you towards balance in work and life.
